KCYS Buyers Party Responsibility Schedule

Karnes City Members Please Make Note:

The Karnes City members are in charge of the Buyer’s Party this year on Saturday during the Auction of the Karnes County Youth Show. The following schedule will be in place in order to help this part of the weekend run smoothly. All parents in these clubs will need to help during the Buyer’s Party.

Friday Night following the steer show, set up & decorating for the Buyer’s Party will take place in the Homemaking building. Parents and club members will need to be there to help.

Saturday the work schedule for the Buyer’s Party is as follows:

        11:00-2:30 Panna Maria 4H

        2:30-6:00 Lonesome Dove 4-H

        6:00-9:30 KC FFA
